At Customized Readers our Custom Reading Glasses allow each person to determine their unique & different Lens Strengths in each eye as needed for precise adjustment to match your unique visual reading requirements. Your non-prescription Customized Reading Glasses can enhance reading clarity and comfort, especially if you have varying degrees of presbyopia, nearsightedness or farsightedness between your eyes.

​​Once you've submitted your order and made payment, our aim is to initiate the manufacturing process promptly. If you email us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can usually accommodate changes to certain aspects of your order, such as Lens Strength (Lens Power), Frame Style(s), Lens Type, and Lens Tint.

Since we only manufacture NEW Customized Readers Glasses that are unique for each person, returns are not possible (unless product is received damaged) because our process does not repurpose or reuse Frames & Lenses for other customers.  

The Return/Refund Policy comes into effect only in cases where a customer receives an order that has been damaged during shipping & delivery. In such instances, we will provide a replacement for the order. To be eligible for a refund/return, you must inform us via email of the damage to your Customized Readers within 10 days of delivery. 

You may also opt to have your Customized Readers remade at a significant discount - See our Remake Policy below.

In the event you would like to modify the Lens Strengths (Powers) and/or Frame Style of your non-prescription reading glasses, we offer a one-time “remake” at a 40% discount (excluding shipping & handling). Under this policy, you may retain your original order as a supplementary backup. To be eligible for a remake, you must submit your remake request via email to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.

Our non-prescription reading glasses do not correct for astigmatism. For individuals with significant astigmatism, we recommend consulting an optometrist for specialized guidance on special prescription reading glasses for astigmatism.

Our glasses are professionally customized for each eye, so we advise against self-adjustments. If you experience any issues with your glasses, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Our Customized Reading Glasses are currently only available with single-vision lenses. We may offer other types of lenses in the future.

We offer various lens coating options, including anti-glare and blue light-blocking coatings. These coatings can enhance your visual experience and protect your eyes from digital screen glare.

Reading Glasses cannot correct your vision completely if a person has eye problems & diseases such as Cataracts, Macular Degeneration, Retinal or Corneal problems, lazy eye or other eye pathology.
